Leadership Styles  The term leadership styles can be defined as a leader‘s behavior towards group members. It refer to the pattern of behavior which a leader adopts in influencing the behavior of his subordinates in the organizational context. Different leadership styles can be categorized as follows. 1. According to Chester I Bernard, ―leadership refers to the quality of the behavior of individual whereby they guide people on their activities in organized efforts.
