How a marketer can attract new customer?



For the survival of a business institution, collecting new customer is very important. Marketer can attract the new customers by many ways. Such as-

Effective communication:
Effective communication can attract the new customer to a specific site. It marketer can communicate with their customer and make the customer will come to the market and identify its product and service through effective communication. If marketer are able to create value for the customers and make solution for the customer’s problem, then it can surely attract new customers.

Creating customer value and pricing strategy:
For creating new customer, a marketer need to create value for customer. Marketer have to show the products benefit over person and society. How a customer can benefited by using this product and other positive advantage. And take a balance pricing strategy because new customer won’t buy new product by high price. Identify which pricing strategy customer will receive penetration or skimming strategy or not.

Motivation:
A force to do something or not to do something. Marketer can motivate their potential customers to visit their firm and buy some of product form the firm by new promotional offer. Marketer can request the old customers to motivate the new customers to come to the firm. Basically motivation can creating reasons for coming to the store of inspire the customer for buy its product.

Being aware of customer needs:
A marketer should aware about the customer needs. Needs wants and demand will change in different situation. A marketer need to identify what is present and future needs of customer. For example in hot reason marketer offer the dries of winter then it has no value to customers so marketer must aware about the needs of the customer to attract the new customers.

Converting potential into active customer:
Potential customer are those who are moving round the market but not come or those customer who will come later. Every marketer must try to convert from potential to regular customer, that time a marketer need to show its performance in front of customer show the positive and negative impact of present product and best offer for higher satisfaction of customer.
